The aim of the research is to identify the development of professional development programs for the special education teacher in the State of Kuwait in light of the experience of the United States of America and to benefit from it in the State of Kuwait. The above: The research reached a set of proposals to confront the problems facing the development of the professional development of the special education teacher in the State of Kuwait, in a manner that is consistent with the culture and specificity of the Kuwaiti society.
