واقع العدالة التنظيمية في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس
The study aimed at knowing the reality of organizational justice at Shaqra University from the viewpoint of faculty members in the Kingdom. To achieve the study objective, the measurement tool (the questionnaire) was applied, which included (23) paragraphs. The study sample consisted of (204) faculty members, where the arithmetic means and standard deviations of the study sample estimates were extracted. Also, (One Way Anova) analysis was used for the posteriori comparison. The results of the study indicated that the members of the study sample think that all dimensions of organizational justice are applied to a moderate degree. There are also statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample towards the nationality variable in favour of non-Saudis. There are also statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample towards the number of work years at the college variable in favour of those working for 10 years or more. The study recommended a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
