The aim of the research is to identify the nature of the relationship between risk behaviors and future anxiety with professional Stress among primary school teachers, using the descriptive approach (by Amer Asiri, 2021), the Future Anxiety Scale prepared (by Saeed Al Shuwail, 2018), and the Work Stress Scale prepared (by Faraj Taha and Al sayed Ragheb, 2010), and based on the theoretical framework derived from research concepts, in addition to for the results of previous research, two hypotheses have been formulated: 1) Is there a correlation between risky behavior and professional stress among teachers? 2) Is there a correlation between future anxiety and professional stress for teachers? The following statistical methods were used: Gitman coefficient, halved segmentation, correlation coefficients, exploratory factor analysis using the method basic components, arithmetic means, standard deviations, coefficient of variance, multiple regression analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results conclude: There is a positive correlation with statistical significance between future anxiety and work stress in its two dimensions and its total degree, and there is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the risk- taking behavior and stress at work in its two dimensions and its total degree, and the research results recommend offering training programs and guidance to teachers to relieve professional Stress to which they face, improve their vision of the future and reduce the effects of future anxiety. for them.
