This study aims to know the level of organizational culture among the heads of departments at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla in Light of Some Variables, and to discover the differences in the level of organizational culture according to the different educational qualifications, the number of years of work and the college, and the interaction between them, The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study was applied to a sample of (133) subordinates by relying on data collection on a questionnaire designed to measure the level of organizational culture. After the statistical treatment of the results obtained by using the SPSS (20) statistical methods package. It was concluded that the level of organizational culture of department heads at Kasdi Merbah University is low, There are no significant differences in the level of organizational culture among department heads according to the academic qualification and the number of years of work and college and the interaction between them, These results have been interpreted based on the theoretical side and previous studies related to the subject of the study.
