This study aimed to build a tool to measure the use of social media and its impact on family relationships among a sample of public-school teachers in Palestine. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in this study, as this study was applied during the academic year (2022-2023), including the number of members of the study population. (4500) teachers from all government schools in Palestine. As for the study sample, which was chosen in a simple random way, it numbered 450. The study’s tool was applied and its validity and reliability were verified through a survey study. Statistical treatment was carried out using the SPSS statistical system to ensure the validity of the hypotheses from which the research began. The current study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant effect of the tool for measuring the use of social media in its impact on family relations among a sample of public-school teachers in Palestine. The study concluded that the use of social media sites had an impact on the teacher, which reflects on family relations within the home. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommend organizing family awareness programs on how to use social networking sites in a way that reflects positively on family relationships, and holding courses and seminars to educate teachers by conducting awareness campaigns among the family to highlight the effects of using social networking sites on family relationships.
