This study aimed to know the level of psychological well-being among a sample of 30 university students practicing their training at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf M'sila. The nature of this research. The results indicated that university students are characterized by a high level of psychological well-being, and psychological well-being was reached in this sample. According to these results, the researchers recommended the need to focus on studying all dimensions of psychological well-being among all segments of society, as well as building programs aimed at raising more than the level of well-being psychological awareness of university students in particular, being the elite of the developed and distinguished society. Psychological well-being includes positive relationships with others, personal mastery, independence, a sense of purpose and meaning in life, and personal growth and development. A person reaches a state of psychological well-being if he reaches a state of balance influenced by difficult and rewarding life events. Well-being is also a major topic in positive psychology, which seeks to discover the factors that contribute to human well-being. Martin Seligman suggests that these factors consist of positive emotions, engaging in activity, having good relationships with other people, finding meaning in life, and feeling accomplished when striving to achieve goals.
