البنية العاملية لمقياس معتقدات الكفاية الذاتية للمعلمين لـ"تشانين وولفولك" لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية الوادي، الجزائر
This study aimed to examining the factorial structure of the teacher beliefs in primary school in the Algerian environment. The (TSES) created by Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy, was utilized. The (TSES) defined as teachers’ beliefs in their abilities to organize and execute courses of action necessary to bring about desired result, it consisted of three dimensions: Classroom management, Teaching efficacy and Interact with pupils, we applied the confirmatory factor analysis using Amos-23. The study sample consisted of 257 primary school teachers, (71 males; 186 females). The Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) supported the existence of three factors: Classroom management, Teaching efficacy and Interact with pupils.
