This article sheds light on the most important cognitive concepts of cognitive psychology and cognitive theories, which are cognitive methods, which have aroused great interest in research and educational studies, and their importance in the educational aspect, because they are considered to be one of the preferred means of receiving knowledge. Where this article discusses cognitive methods within the framework of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and how we can help parents who complain about the poor academic performance of their children, and help us as professionals to overcome relationship difficulties through our awareness to the cognitive methods of the learner and the importance of homogeneity in the educational and pedagogical environment, And to try to work on harmonizing the cognitive style of mothers through cognitive behavioral therapy sessions, to improve the level of success through field work with clinical situations for mothers of low-achieving students school.
