Most of the university's recent graduates in the private sector believe that the cause of their problems is the work entrusted to them, and its technical supervision, oversight and other arbitrary practices, What makes them under constant work pressure, negatively affects their performance and makes them permanently averted from their work, Our study began with a key question: How do work pressures contribute to increasing job alienation among newly recruited university graduates? Analytical field study adopted analytical descriptive curriculum, interview tools and questionnaire, and a sample of (35) recent university graduates employed in a private institution in Setif. The study found that work pressures contribute to a greater sense of professional isolation among newly appointed university graduates of the private institution, who have obtained poor field composition or lack experience and self-confidence.
