تعريب وتقنين مقياس مؤشر الكفاءة السلوكية لإدارة الصحة النفسية في بيئة العمل لـ yarker وآخرون (2008) على البيئة الجزائرية على عينة من مديري المدارس الابتدائية
This article aims to present the steps that researches went through in Arabizing the behavioral competency index tool for managing psychological health in the work environment by: Yarker et al (2008) in the Algerian environment to measure the behavioral competency of those directly responsible for managing psychological health among their employees. To achieve this purpose, scientific steps were followed, and the necessary methodology for this. This was done by translating it from English to Arabic and applying it in its initial from, consisting of (66) items distributed over 4 main dimensions, on a sample of (340) primary school principals in the state of El-Oued, who were randomly selected, and its psychometric properties were confirmed after the translation process. The results of the standardization showed acceptable indicators indicating the validity of the scale to measure what it was designed to do. (Published abstract)
