التكوين البيداغوجي ودوره في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف : دراسة ميدانية ببعض مؤسسات التعليم العالي
The study aimed to identify the role of pedagogical formation in developing teaching skills among assistant professors in the higher education sector, after undergoing the pedagogical formation program set by the Ministry of Higher Education. This program is followed by professors regardless of their academic qualifications (Master's, LMD Doctorate, PhD), and a questionnaire was used to collect information. The latter consists of (27) items distributed over three dimensions: cognitive skills, achievement skills, and emotional skills. The study sample was (184) male and female professors who were hired in the academic year 2023-2024, all of whom undergo in-person formation at the place of installation and remote formation at the center located at the University of Constantine 1, the Mentouri brothers. After statistically analyzing the results, we reached the following: 1) The assistant professors has high teaching skills. 2) There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors according to the gender variable. 3) There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors according to the age variable. 4) There are no differences in teaching skills among assistant professors according to the variable of the obtained certificate.
