The aim of the research is to identify patterns of school dropout in public education schools in Medina. And a statement of the statistical differences between the average estimates of the study sample regarding waste patterns according to the variables (gender, stage, experience, training courses). The research followed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of (274) individuals, and the percentage of males was (51%) as principals, while the percentage of females was (49%) as principals, from public education schools in Medina. The results of the research reached: the presence of school waste in public education schools in Medina with a high degree of (3.76), represented by the presence of waste of material resources, waste of human resources, and waste of time. The results also reached: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) in the study sample’s estimates of the patterns of school dropout in general education schools in all types and the axis as a whole according to the variables: (gender, stage, experience, training courses).
