The research aimed to determine the reality of implementing strategic entrepreneurship in Saudi universities from the point of view of their employees, including leaders and faculty members. The research used the descriptive approach, where the strategic entrepreneurship questionnaire was applied to the research sample, which numbered (387) individuals from Taibah University in Medina, King Abdul University, Al-Aziz University in Jeddah, and Umm Al-Qura University. The study concluded that the reality of applying strategic entrepreneurship was to a large extent. The study also found that: 1) there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members regarding the application of strategic entrepreneurship due to the gender variable, 2) that there were statistically significant differences when the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the sample members’ responses on strategic entrepreneurship is attributed to the university variable, based on the multiple comparisons test (LCD), 3) it became clear that there were differences between Taibah University and Umm Al-Qura in favor of Taibah University. 4) There were differences between King Abdulaziz University and Umm Al-Qura in favor of King Abdulaziz University, 5) there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the sample members in strategic entrepreneurship due to the variable nature of current work, academic degree, and years of experience.
