The study, which adopted the analytical approach, aimed to understand the concept of quality of work life in educational institutions, determine its dimensions and factors affecting it, evaluate its reality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and provide recommendations to improve it. The results showed that the quality of work life includes multiple dimensions, including development opportunities, work environment, human relations, and work-life balance. The study also revealed that there are many factors affecting the quality of work life, including the organization’s culture, workload, personal skills and competencies, and social support. To improve the quality of work life in educational institutions. The study provides many recommendations for improvement, providing development and learning opportunities, creating a positive work environment, promoting positive work relationships, improving human resources, and supporting work-life balance. This study makes an important scientific contribution to the field of educational institutions by highlighting the importance of quality of work life and providing practical recommendations for improving it.
