واقع أداء المراكز البحثية في الجامعات اليمنية
The researcher used the descriptive approach, as well as the random sampling method comprehensive inventory method. The original research population consisted of all participating members in the following Yemeni universities Sana'a University, Aden University, Taiz University totaling 88 participants. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to achieve the research objectives, after verifying its validity at a percentage of agreement between arbiters of 85% or more. The questionnaire included 70 items distributed over six domains representing the main dimensions of research centers: vision, mission and objectives; organizational and legislative structure; human and financial resources; technological and material resources; research and scientific culture; partnership and community development, and used the appropriate statistical methods. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which were: The degree of reality of the role of research centers in Yemeni universities from the point of view of the research sample was generally moderate, with an arithmetic mean of 2.76 and a standard deviation of 0.82. There were no individual differences between the responses of the research sample members due to the following variables: gender, years of experience, academic degree. The research also concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
