The research aimed to Know the effectiveness of the Scamper strategy in developing musical creativity (melodic and rhythmic), in addition to the development of the aspect of creativity in musical improvisation among students of the third year - Faculty of Specific Education - Zagazig University, the researcher has followed the semi-experimental approach based on two groups, When conducting the research, the researcher relied on a test for musical improvisation in addition to a note card for students' performance in the test as a tool to measure the level of students, the research sample was a group of 10 students from the third-year in the Department of Musical Education - Faculty of Specific Education - Zagazig University in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023. The research resulted in several results, the most important of which was the success of the proposed program based on Scamper's strategy in developing the creative aspects of the sample students in musical improvisation. Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended seeking to reach new methods in dealing with musical elements, which helps to stimulate the imagination and ideas of students and the formation of their musical cultural stock, and the need to pay attention to the development of creative aspects in musical improvisation for students of music education.
