The aim of the research is to reach a list of the labor market requirements necessary to prepare the finishing technician at the architectural secondary school, specializing in finishing works. The researcher analyzed the labor market through field visits to work sites and companies that work in the field of finishing and observing workers. Looking at the results of the research in the list of labor market requirements in the field of finishes, it is clear to us that they emphasized the raw materials and the modern number associated with the finishing work at the Architectural Industrial Secondary School, which may contribute to the development of the finishing technology curriculum in the Architectural Industrial Secondary School, in light of the labor market requirements of raw materials, numbers and modern tools.
