معايير اختيار المعلم في الفكر التربوي الإسلامي
The study dealt with the criteria for selecting a teacher in Islamic educational thought, and the study aimed to identify the criteria for selecting a teacher in Islamic educational thought as they appear with seven imams of Muslim scholars, they are Ibn Miskawayh, Al-Mawardi, Ibn Abd al-Bar, al-Baghdadi, al-Ghazali, al-Zarnuji; and Ibn Jama`ah, and to know the most important Faith, ethical, social and academic criteria for selecting a teacher in their Islamic educational thought; the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the historical approach; the study reached several results, the most important of which are; encouraging students with religion and knowledge, working with knowledge, piety, piety, piety, moist tongue with the remembrance of God and a lot of prayer on the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the companion to the recitation of the Qur’an, moral standards thereof; Good manners, patient in educating those who seek knowledge, possessing scientific honesty, and social standards, such as the educator of morals with kindness, abandoning quarrels and conflict, fair treatment between students, taking into account individual differences among his students, seeking in the interests of students, and mental and cognitive standards; such as the respondent to asking about knowledge what he knows, the most intelligent, the most (the most prolific) in knowledge, the keenest to benefit from knowledge wherever it is, the best in understanding, the best educated, the one who is not intolerant of his doctrine, and bodily standards, among which are dignified, good-smelling, good looks, the oldest and (the most expertise).
