The research amid at discovering the impact of mastering E-Portfolio production skills on acquiring economic concepts among business secondary school students. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted a quasi-experimental research methodology and prepared the research instruments: the economic concepts test and e- Portfolio production grading rubric. The experiment was on three units from the first year of the economic curriculum in business secondary schools and implemented in the experimental group (24 students) and a control group (24 students). The research instruments were applied to both groups before and after the experiment. The research findings revealed that there was a significant difference (α≤0.05) between the adjusted means of the experimental and the control group in pre and post-application of the economic concept test in favor of the experimental group. In addition, the pre-post application of the e-Portfolio grading rubric on the experimental group revealed that 11 students were classified at the outstanding mastery level, whereas 13 students were classified at the advanced mastery level. These figures indicate the effectiveness of mastering E-Portfolio production skills in acquiring economic skills. Based on these findings, a set of educational recommendations were proposed.
