The study aimed to shed light on the issue of psychological alienation and its relationship to the cultural identity crisis among faculty members in Unaizah Private Colleges and to identify the level of psychological alienation and identity crisis among faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach based on frequencies and arithmetic averages. The study tools were represented in the psychological alienation scale prepared by the researcher and the cultural identity crisis scale prepared by the researcher. The study sample consisted of (102) faculty members of different nationalities residing in Saudi Arabia in the Qassim region. The most important results were: 1) Identifying the level of psychological alienation among faculty members in Unaizah Private Colleges- Identifying the level of the cultural identity crisis among faculty members in Unaizah Private Colleges- Revealing the existence of statistically significant differences in psychological alienation and identity crisis among faculty members in Unaizah Private Colleges. In light of these results, the study recommends. The necessity of working on confronting the negative values prevailing among the members of the research sample that they hold and working on their modifications and changes and promoting some positive values. 2) Working to spread the values of peace, tolerance, love, cooperation and altruism, and support the family with all the components it carries for the Arab family with its basic components and lifting the burden of taxes on faculty members. 3) Conducting more studies and research dealing with the relationship between psychological alienation and other variables.
