The research aimed to identify strategic performance management using the scorecard in Saudi universities, and to determine the reality of strategic performance management in Saudi universities using the scorecard from the point of view of academic leaders, and to present a proposed strategy for developing strategic performance management in Saudi universities using the scorecard. The research used the descriptive approach with its survey approach. The study sample consisted of (40) academic leaders, selected by a stratified random method. The research used a questionnaire that included (31) A statement distributed in four axes, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed the following: that the level of internal operations at King Khalid University (total) was high, as the arithmetic mean of the responses of academic leaders in the area of internal operations was (3.73) and a standard deviation of (0.66), and that the level of the area of customer satisfaction (specifically students) was in King Khalid University (overall) came high, as the arithmetic mean of academic leaders’ responses in the field of customer satisfaction (specifically students) reached (3.52) and a standard deviation of (0.74), tements distributed in four axes, and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and that the level of the field of the financial aspect at King Khalid University (total) was high, as the arithmetic mean of academic leaders’ responses to a field in the field of the financial aspect at King Khalid University reached (3.52) and a standard deviation of (0.74), and it was stated that the level of learning and growth at the University King Khalid (total) was average, with the arithmetic mean of academic leaders’ responses on the learning and growth dimension being (3.37) and a standard deviation of (0.66).
