The research aimed to reveal the role of organizational immunity in achieving competitive advantage in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive correlational survey method. The questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect research data from its community represented by the principals of secondary schools in the General Administration of Education in the city of Riyadh, who numbered 336. As for the research sample, it amounted to (101) principals, which represents (30%) of the total research community, which was collected in a method Simple randomness. The research reached the following results: The degree to which secondary school principals in Riyadh practiced organizational resilience was high. Regulatory genes come in first place, followed by organizational learning, then organizational memory comes as the least dimension of organizational immunity among secondary school principals in the city of Riyadh. In light of the results reached, the researcher presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Providing training courses and workshops for secondary school principals on organizational immunity and competitive advantage.
