The study aimed to know the impact of the application of digital leadership on human resources management in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was also used as a tool for the study, consisting of (51) paragraphs distributed in two axes, and after confirming its validity and reliability, it was applied to (220) employees. The results of the study revealed that the degree of application of digital leadership in the general directorates of education in the Sultanate of Oman and the level of human resources management found at a high level, and the study also showed the existence of a positive correlation with a statistical significance between the fields of digital leadership and the fields of human resources management. In light of this, a set of recommendations was made, the most important of which were: continuing to involve the staff of educational directorates in building digital plans for things sections and departments and expanding the scope of cooperation between the sections and departments with the local community institutions to establish partnerships in providing technical services and supporting them in digital leadership work.
