متطلبات تفعيل مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بتعليم القصيم : دراسة نوعية
The study aimed to identify the most important requirements necessary to activate professional learning communities in secondary schools in Qassim Education from the perceptions of school principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted a qualitative approach, and the study was applied to a purposive sample consisting of (7) principals of government secondary schools in the Qassim region using a semi-structured interview tool consisting of three elements: the perceptions of school principals, and the requirements and obstacles necessary to activate professional learning communities in government secondary schools in the Qassim region. The study found a number of administrative, human and material requirements and constraints to activate professional learning communities in the Qassim region. The study recommended that the authorities responsible for teacher training and professional development programs need to pay attention, and that professional learning communities be a priority in their plans and programs, and that professional learning communities should be a priority in their plans and programs.
