The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a selective counseling program based on moral intelligence in reducing the severity of school bullying among middle school students. The study sample consisted of (16) students aged (14-16) years with an average age of (14.6). They were chosen from members of the original community for the study who obtained high scores in the school bullying scale, and they were divided into two experimental and control groups, each group has (8) students, taking into account the homogeneity between the members of the two groups in chronological age, academic achievement, family income, and the degree of school bullying. To achieve this goal, the school bullying measure was designed for middle school students (researcher preparation), and a selective counseling program based on moral intelligence to reduce the severity of school bullying (researcher preparation). The study reached the following results: 1) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement on the school bullying scale in favor of the experimental group. 2) There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the school bullying scale in favor of the post measurement. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and tracer measurements on the school bullying scale.
