دراسة تقويمية لثبات أدوات القياس المستخدمة في الدراسات النفسية والتربوية في الجامعات السعودية
The study aimed to evaluate reliability of measurement tools used in psychological and educational researches in Saudi universities between (2019-2022). The descriptive approach is used with a sample of (64) theses in education and psychology. The researcher used the data analysis card as a tool for study after preparing the list of criteria for reliability. Many results have been reached, 89% of sample research relied on only one data collection tool, more than one data collection tool was used at 11% of sample research, the questionnaire was used at 81% of total sample size, the test was used at 6%, the content analysis was used at 13%, and the observation and interview tool were not used in sample study research. The study also found that the most commonly used stabilization coefficient is the 30% halfway factor followed by the alpha Cronbach coefficient with a 56% utilization rate, then the 10% reapplication method, used the 3% compact coefficient method, then the 1% Cooper method, while the Coder Richardson and Holsty methods were not used. The study also found that 89% of the study samples used stabilization factors correctly. We recommend that practical importance be given to the measurement and evaluation course for postgraduate students. It also recommended the establishment of a specialized statistical department at universities to review statistical methods used in postgraduate theses. The researcher also recommended conducting similar studies on a regular basis to measure progress in the quality of statistical methods used in university theses. (Published abstract)
