The aim of the research is to reveal the relationship of knowledge sharing with the development of administrative performance in the light of the job performance management regulation for administrative female employees in the education department in Bisha Governorate from their point of view of the administrative employees of the education department in Bisha Governorate, who numbered (70) employees, the research found the following results: The average practice of knowledge sharing dimensions came to a large extent according to the following arrangement: (leadership, work teams, information and communication technology), and that the average availability of level dimensions. The development of administrative performance in the light of the job performance management regulation came to a large extent according to the following order: (goals, job competencies), and the existence of challenges that limit the effectiveness of knowledge sharing to develop the performance of administrative employees to a moderate degree, and the results showed that there is a strong direct correlation with statistical significance Between knowledge sharing and administrative performance development in light of the job performance management regulation for administrative female employees in the education department of Bisha Governorate, where the value of the correlation coefficient was (0.920) and significant at the level (0.01), and the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the administrative female employees' response to the practice dimensions of knowledge sharing (for a dimension: work teams) for the benefit of administrative female employees who have years of service in administrative work (10 years or more), and there are statistically significant differences between the response of administrative female employees to the level of development of administrative performance in the light of the job performance management regulation due to the variable years of service in administrative work (for a dimension: job competencies) in favor of those who have years of service in administrative work (10 years or more), and there are statistically significant differences between the response of administrative female employees to the level of development of administrative performance in the light of the job performance management regulation due to the variable years of service in administrative work (total) for the benefit of administrative employees who have years of service in administrative work (10 years or more), and in the light of the research results, the researcher recommended the development of an organizational framework to benefit from the sharing of knowledge and experience gained from activities and training programs for administrative employees to develop their performance, and increase the practice of knowledge sharing through the participation of administrative staff in the activities that promote it, for example: (conferences, courses, forums), and the provision of material and moral incentives that help overcome the challenges facing the benefit of knowledge and expertise and limit the development processes.
