The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals practice agile leadership and its relationship to the organizational commitment of teachers in basic education schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, correlational approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to obtain data for the study, as it consisted of two axes: agile leadership. It has (25) items, and organizational commitment has (18) items. After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to a sample of (522) male and female teachers. The study concluded that the degree to which school principals practiced agile leadership from the point of view of teachers was high. The results of the study also showed that the level of organizational commitment for teachers was very high, and the study concluded that there was a positive and statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of the agile leadership scale and the dimensions of organizational commitment for teachers, where the strength of the correlation ranged between moderate and strong.
