The study aims to determine the degree of practicing practical procedures for classroom education, in the light of the concept of effective classroom management in secondary education. The study was applied to a sample of (65) professors of secondary education in the state of Setif, using the weighted mean and the weighted percentage as statistical methods for data processing. Enable the researcher to develop a proposed vision for effective classroom management standards in secondary education. (Published abstract)
