This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of dimensions of organizational integrity among principals of government secondary schools for girls in Unaizah Governorate from the point of view of teachers, and the level of functional affiliation of female secondary school teachers in the education of Unaizah Governorate, and whether there are statistically significant differences in organizational integrity. The responses of the study sample and the achievement of job affiliation among public secondary school teachers in Unaizah governorate are attributed to the variables (experience and specialization), and if there is a statistically significant correlation between organizational integrity and job affiliation among principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah governorate, the study used the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (188) secondary school teachers in government secondary schools in Unaizah governorate, and the most important results of the study: that the degree of organizational integrity practiced by the principals of government secondary schools in Unaizah governorate from his side. Consideration of the parameters was achieved to a large extent, as the value of the weighted average of the dredge reached the college scored on this axis of the questionnaire (3.837) with a standard deviation of (0.990), and that the level of occupational affiliation in government secondary schools in Unaizah Governorate from the point of view of the teachers was achieved to a large extent, as the value of the weighted average of the total scores on this axis of the questionnaire was 3.907 with a standard deviation 0.926, and all sub-dimensions were largely achieved, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of practice of secondary school principals in Unaizah governorate dimensions of organizational integrity due to different years of experience, also there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members The study on the degree to which secondary school principals in Unaizah governorate practice the dimensions of organizational integrity due to the difference in specialization. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the level of job affiliation in government secondary schools in Unaizah Governorate due to the different years of experience. There aren’t statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the level of job affiliation in secondary schools in Unaizah Governorate due to the difference in specialization. The results showed that there were positive, statistically significant, correlations at the 0.01 level between the degree of organizational integrity practiced by the principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah Governorate and the job affiliation from the teachers' point of view.
