The study aimed to improve the quality of education and enhance the development of teachers and schools. Previous studies have focused on the importance of educational supervision in achieving continuous improvement in the education system. Therefore, this study aims to propose a conceptual framework to enhance and develop educational supervision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The proposal is based on several key elements. Firstly, establishing specialized training programs for educational supervisors that focus on developing supervision skills and educational guidance. These programs should include practical learning and hands-on application of effective supervisory strategies. Secondly, it is necessary to provide the necessary human and material resources to support the work of educational supervisors. This requires allocating appropriate time and effort for supervisors to interact with teachers and students and monitor the progress of the educational process. Thirdly, promoting effective communication and collaboration between supervisors, teachers, and school leaders. Workshops and regular meetings can be organized to exchange ideas and experiences and provide mutual support. Fourthly, developing effective assessment tools that help supervisors identify strengths and areas for improvement for teachers and schools. These tools can be used to guide support and provide suitable recommendations for continuous development. Finally, it is important to encourage supervisors to continue their professional development and lifelong learning. Training opportunities, practical workshops, and educational conferences can be provided to update their knowledge and skills. In conclusion, implementing this proposed conceptual framework can enhance educational supervision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, empowering supervisors to serve as advisors and guides for teachers and supporters of continuous improvement in the educational process. This requires collaboration between the Ministry of Education, educational institutions, and professional organizations dedicated to educational development in Saudi Arabia. By implementing this proposed framework, improvements can be achieved in the education system and the quality of education in Saudi schools can be enhanced. (Published abstract)
