The study aimed to identify the objectives of education of Sheikh Muhammad Al- Uthaymeen, his - may God have mercy on him - (scientific, moral and social) foundations of education, the professional qualities of the teachers in his thought, and the educational applications derived from his thought and related to the objectives and foundations of education in the educational process. The study relied on qualitative research in its descriptive, documentary, and deductive approaches, the sample consisted of three books of Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh Al- Uthaymeen, which are: Explanation of Hilyat Talib Al-Ilm, Al-Diyaa Al Laami' min Al- Khutab Al-Jawaami’, and Explanation of Riyad Al Saliheen. The main results of the study including: one of the objectives of education of the sheikh is: glorifying the Qur’an and Sunnah, urging people to seek knowledge, and to have good morals, and to be obedient to those in authority and not violating the system. The results also showed the foundations of scientific education, which corrects the behavior of learners to be sincere in working for Allah the Almighty-, and that fear of Allah is a reason for good understanding by which knowledge increases, and the necessity of returning to the truth when a person finds it. Among the foundations of moral education: good manners with Allah, caring of our selves, our families and people, educating our souls to diligence, and dialogue with children in kindness and gentleness. Among the social foundations: discipline in work and sincerity in it, and rejection of tribal fanaticism and flaunting their lineages. The results also showed the professional qualities of the teachers, including: to be a role model and characterized by honesty and sincerity to Allah in his teaching and guidance, proficiency in scientific material. The results also indicated many educational applications in the educational process, including: clarifying the educational content, which is the basis for knowledge and education based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah, using the strategy of dialogue and discussion in the educational process, encouraging teamwork, sharing information and spreading knowledge.
