أثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج أوليفار وهيب وهوفمان لمجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تحسين الممارسات التدريسية والتأملية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية
This research aimed to the effect of a training program based on Olivier, Hipp, and Huffman Model of professional learning communities on improving teaching and reflective practices of elementary school teachers, in order to fulfill the study objectives the researcher has used the semi experimental approach through the one group design, the research sample consisted of 10 teachers from the teachers of Suliman bin Abdulmalik Elementary School in Arar, the study used the reflective practices questionnaire and the teaching practices observation card as research tools, After analyzing the data statistically, the following results were reached: 1) there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post applications in favor of the post application for the training program based on the Olivier, Hipp, and Huffman Model for professional learning communities in improving the teaching practices of primary school teachers in axes (planning, implementation, and evaluation), 2) there are no statistically significant differences between the post and follow-up applications in the teaching practices observation card and its axes (planning, implementation, and evaluation), and the results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the pre and post applications in the evaluation axe in improving the reflective practices of primary school teachers, it also found that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and post applications in reflective practices questionnaire in the two axes (planning, and implementation) in favor of the post application in improving the reflective practices of primary school teachers, and the results revealed that the complete evaluation of the training program came with a great degree of appreciation.
