This study aimed to reveal the degree of use of brainstorming in proportional justification among mathematics teachers, and the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach on a sample estimated (35) teachers of mathematics in secondary education, based on the measure of brainstorming strategy prepared by the researchers, and the results resulted in the following: 1) The preparation phase of the brainstorming strategy is used in the proportional justification of mathematics teachers to a high degree. 2) The application phase of the brainstorming strategy is used in the proportional justification of mathematics teachers to an average degree. 3) The evaluation phase of the brainstorming strategy is used in proportional justification among mathematics teachers to a high degree.
