الإلتزام التنظيمي للقيادات الإشرافية بإدارة التعليم في ضوء مبادئ القيادة المستدامة
The study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment for supervisory leaders at the Public Administration of Education in light of sustainable leadership principles sustainable leadership. The study population consisted of (220) female educational supervisors in Public Administration of Education of Bisha. The descriptive correlational approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher designed a questionnaire to collect data that consisted of two axes: dimensions of organizational commitment, and dimensions of sustainable leadership. The main results Overall, the level of organizational commitment of the supervisory leaders at the Public Administration of Education and in all the dimensions came with a high degree, as the total average was (3.96), and the dimensions came ordered descendingly as follows: commitment to leadership supervisory work, commitment to sustainable professional development, commitment to the local community.
