The study aimed to determine the impact of using the Chat GPT application on enhancing Arabic language skills and its relationship to self-learning and critical thinking among twelfth-grade female students. The current study adopted a pre-experimental and post-experimental design, utilizing both experimental and control groups. It was conducted on a sample of 70 twelfth-grade female students, divided equally into a experimental group and a control group. Various tools were employed, including a test for Arabic language skills, a self-learning skills assessment, and a critical thinking scale. The Arabic language skills included listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The study findings revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test of the Arabic language skills scale, favoring the post-test application.
