The aim of the study was to identify the level of application of organizational dexterity by female directors of public schools in Riyadh (the versatility of optimal opportunity investment, the versatility of exploring opportunities) from the parameters' point of view, the obstacles to their application from the point of view of school principals, and the development of a proposed scenario to improve the level of organizational prowess of public school principals in Riyadh, to achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive curriculum was used, and the identification was used as a tool for data collection, the school community is made up of teachers and directors of public schools in Riyadh. And the study sample was limited to a random caste sample of 68 managers and teachers, the main findings of which were: results revealed that members of the study sample of government school teachers in the city of Riyadh approved the application of government school principals in the city of Riyadh to the dimensions of organizational ingenuity the results revealed that the managers of Riyadh's public schools have agreed to the obstacles that may be impeded by the application of regulatory ingenuity in Riyadh's public schools, such as: lack of powers for female principals, lack of motivation and support for skilled schools organized, and the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: developing the knowledge and skills of women heads of state schools in organizational ingenuity, through the preparation of training programmes, the organization of in-school meetings and workshops and in coordination with university colleges of education, the creation of an innovation-friendly environment by removing barriers to innovation, through the establishment of clear channels for presenting ideas, and the provision of resources and support for innovation initiatives.
