The research aims to determine the availability of leadership skills among students in the Arts courses of the Faculty of Education of Al-zaim Al-Azhary University. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and the study sample size was 155 students. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and the data was analyzed by the SPSS Social Science Statistical Package Program, (T) Test and, Pearson correlation coefficients. Thus, the researcher has reached several findings, the most important of which are: there are statistically significant differences at the alpha level of 0,05 in terms of decision-making and problem-solving skills among students of the Faculty of Education of the Al-zaim Al-Azhary University, there are statistically significant differences at the alpha level of 0,05 among sample personnel estimations in all the questionnaire's axes (Decision-making, problem-solving, time management, communication, planning) in favor of males. Through her findings, the researcher offered many recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to develop the deanship of student affairs' programs and to involve students in the planning of these programs, motivating students to participate in international conferences for youth, and the need to activate student exchange programs.
