دور القيادة الإبداعية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات السعودية : رؤية مستقبلية
The study aimed to build a vision for the future on the role of creative leadership in achieving competitive advantage in Saudi universities from the point of view of leading experts in Saudi universities. The study drew on the methodologies of analytical descriptive curriculum and the future curriculum through the use of the Delphi method. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The relationship between creative leadership and competitive advantage is a positive soft relationship, attention to the personalization of creative skills (sensitivity to problems, fluency, authenticity, flexibility), university leaders through courses and seminars because of its positive role in achieving competitive advantage in them, the importance of achieving competitive advantage in Saudi universities to achieve the goals of Vision 2030, supporting sustainable development, as well as building a future vision to develop creative leadership skills of Saudi university leaders as an entry point for competitive advantage. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: establishing benchmarks for the requirements and determinants of university leaders; optimizing the use of these elements to achieve competitive advantage in Saudi universities; conducting training courses for university students to develop the skills of a creative leader to create creative leaders in the future; and activating the results of scientific studies and turning their recommendations into practical items on the ground.
