The study population consisted of all first-year secondary students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and a random sample was taken from the original community (20), and the descriptive approach was used using the content analysis method. The study tool was a content analysis card, and the study concluded that mental skills ranked first in both courses, and social skills came in second place in both curricula, with a large difference from mental skills, and in the third place in the course objectives in Saudi Arabia came citizenship skills. While job skills come in third place in the course objectives in Egypt, this is due to the importance of qualifying students for the labor market int he Arab Republic of Egypt.
