The aim of the research is to know an overview of the rule and patriotism of Sheikh (Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa) of Bahrain. The historical research method was applied, and the scientific material was collected from original sources that directly relate to the subject. One of the most prominent results of the research is that Sheikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa, who ruled Bahrain, was distinguished by courage, justice, generosity, pride, and humility. Sheikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa moved to build the state on modern foundations that guarantee security and justice for all citizens. Where educational and cultural institutions were built. The long years of his rule made him implement what he aimed for, which was to stabilize the pillars of the state and build institutions of all kinds. Sheikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa was also interested in spreading education. During his reign, schools began to spread throughout the state of Bahrain. The Era of Sheikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa is one of the best historical periods in which Bahraini maritime activity developed, which had clear positive repercussions on the commercial side, as thanks to the efforts made by Sheikh Isa, Bahrain became one of the most important emirates in the Arabian Gulf.
