The research aimed to identify the role of Voluntary work in building the personality of secondary school students from Al’Arda Governorate teachers’ perspectives through: recognizing the status-quo of Voluntary work among secondary school students, revealing the obstacles that limit the participation of secondary school students, and proposing some procedures that contribute to employing Voluntary work in building the character of secondary school students from Al’Arda Governorate teachers’ perspectives in the light of 2030 Vision, as well as revealing statistically significant differences among the sample responses due to the variables of the academic qualification, years of experience, and specialization. The survey descriptive method was used through a questionnaire applied on a sample consisting of (229) teachers from Al’Arda Governorate. The research found that there is a low level of Voluntary work among secondary school students in Al-Arda Governorate. The research also found that there is a high level of obstacles that limit the participation of secondary school students in Voluntary work, and that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses about proposals that contribute to employing Voluntary work in building the personality of secondary school students according to the academic qualification variable, and there are not statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses about the role of Voluntary work in building the personality of secondary school students due to the variables of years of experience and specialization.
