This study sought to identify the effectiveness of a program based on Psychological Empowerment in developing mindfulness and self-assertiveness among female students at Prince Sattam university in Al-Kharj. The study adopted the quasi-experimental methodology with pre and post application of the study tools, a psychological empowerment-based program, a mindfulness and self-assertiveness scales were prepared, the study sample consisted of 24 female students at the faculty of business administration. The study results showed statistically significant differences between ranks of scores for the pre and post application of mindfulness and self-assertiveness scales, the differences were in favor of post application, and there were no statistically significant differences between ranks of scores for the post and follow-up application of the two scales. The results showed that the program achieved a high level of effectiveness in developing mindfulness and self-assertiveness among the study sample. (Published abstract)
