الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة برامج دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل للكوادر التعليمية في جامعة جدة من وجهة نظر الخريج والحلول المقترحة لتجاوزها
This study aimed to reveal the academic, administrative, and personal difficulties facing students in a new type of program offered by the faculties of education, namely the optimal investment diploma programs for educational cadres. The study is from the point of view of program graduates from the college of education at the University of Jeddah and is comprised of 115 male and female graduates. A comprehensive enumeration method of the study community was utilized, and (84) graduates responded. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and collected data through a questionnaire. The results of the study indicated a high degree of academic difficulties and a moderate degree of personal difficulties. The use of centralized tests as a unified method for evaluation at the university level, a lack of clarity in course content, and the differences in how course content is presented from one university to another ranked as the highest difficulties the study members faced. Additionally, female graduates reported a higher degree of academic difficulties. The key solution for addressing these difficulties is to provide integrated scientific content for each course, while providing material benefits to those enrolled in the programs.
