دور إدارة التعليم في ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لمديري المدراس الثانوية بمدنية الرياض : تصور مقترح
This research aims to identify the role of the administration of education in promoting the practice of moral leadership among principals of secondary schools in Riyadh, and to present a proposed scenario. To achieve these goals, a sample of (97) school principals was selected in the city of Riyadh, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, and it relied on the descriptive approach. The results show that the role of administration of education in promoting ethical leadership practice among secondary school principals in Riyadh was high, on all dimensions. This study also offers a suggested proposal to enhance the role of the administration of education in the practice of ethical leadership by principals of secondary schools in Riyadh.
