تطوير نظام إدارة الترقيات بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز في ضوء برامج الإدارة الإلكترونية والاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة
The aim of the research is to monitor the reality of the promotion management system at the University of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, and to develop a suggested proposal for promotion in light of the global electronic management programs and contemporary global trends. An experimental tool was distributed to a sample of (100) faculty members at the university. The descriptive analytical survey method was used. The results concluded that the reality of the promotion management system at Prince Sattam University needs to be developed in light of electronic management programs and contemporary global trends. The suggested proposal for developing the promotion management system at Prince Sattam University received a large positive response. (Published abstract)
