This study aims to reveal the relationship of social phobia and its relationship to the quality of professional life towards faculty members in Saudi universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, correlational approach was used. The research community consisted of (60) male and female professors, and they were divided into (30) males and (30) females, and they were from a body of faculty members from various specializations, whether from Humanities or medical sciences... and with various university degrees, and they were selected by a simple random method. The social phobia scale, prepared by: (Lin and Wei 1994) and the quality of professional life scale, prepared by: (Al-Barbari 2016) were used as tools. To collect data. The most important research results that were reached were as follows: 1) There is no statistically significant relationship between social phobia and the quality of professional life among faculty members. 2) There are no differences in the level of quality of professional life between male and female faculty members. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of professional life due to age among faculty members. 4) There are no differences between males and females in the level of quality of professional life attributable to academic degree.
