أثر البوابة الإلكترونية للقبول على جودة الخدمات من وجهة نظر الطلاب المستجدين : دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز في محافظة جدة
The study aimed to know the electronic portal for admission to King Abdul Aziz University about the quality of services provided to new students at the university. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was prepared to collect the essential data. The study population consisted of (3500) students. A random sample of 382 students was selected from the study population. Among the most important results of the study, the provision of electronic services that the portal needs to access the admission information contribute to the quality of services, and that the portal' s electronic infrastructure contributes to reducing sudden interruption during the use of the portal. Among the most important recommendation of the study: the need for clarity of the written texts of the portal for better acceptance, in order for students to enter the portal for the first time to be easier for them to register as fast as possible. To try to add a better arrangement and organization of the external appearance of the portal, which affects the student who enter for the first time to register in the admission portal.
