The research aims to verify the effectiveness of the participatory learning program in the development of the nodal concepts of middle school students Mental capacities in Al-Jouf region , and to achieve the research goal, the researcher prepares a list of the nodal concepts necessary for the first medium grade students, and then prepared the test of the nodal concepts in the light of the list of concepts prepared and applied to the number (60) students, two groups (30) studied 30 students studied, and the other experimental and its number (30) studied, according to the participatory learning program, after applying the test of nodal concepts after to reach statistically at the level of (0.05) between the mediterranean degrees of experimental group and group destinations of the control group to test the nodal concepts as a whole in favor of the experimental group degrees, indicating the effectiveness of the program based on participatory learning in the development of the nodal concepts of first grade students, mental capacity.
