The purpose of study is to identify the psychometric properties of Purdue scales for detecting gifted students, with a sample of (284) from the faculty members of the colleges of education in Saudi universities, the researcher used "Statistical Package for Science (SPSS)" for statistical data processing. The results revealed that scales has a very high validity significance, so person’s correlation coefficients for paragraphs ranging between (10-0.394) and saturation grades of the principal components of scales ranged between (5.50 - 8.53) of variance (%36.64-64.06). In addition, they showed high reliability too. Cronbach's Alpha was reached (0.83 - 0.94), and split-half ranged between (0.83-0.91). (Published abstract)
